What is Flex-Time?
Flex-Time is a professional time-tracking application designed specifically for freelancers, contractors, and flexible workers. It helps you log hours, manage assignments, and track your earnings with ease.
Is Flex-Time free to use?
Yes, Flex-Time is 100% free to download and use. We believe in providing essential tools for the flexible workforce without the burden of subscriptions.
Which platforms are supported?
Flex-Time is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).
Using the App
How do I start tracking time?
Simply open the app and tap the "Start" button on the home screen. You can select an assignment to associate the time with, or just start a general timer and assign it later.
Can I edit my time entries?
Absolutely. You can navigate to the History or Calendar view to select any previous entry and modify the start time, end time, or associated assignment.
How do I set a monthly goal?
Go to the "Goals" tab in the app. There you can set your target hours for the month. The app will automatically track your progress and show you how close you are to your target.
Data & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
Your data is securely stored and synced in real-time. This ensures your logs are backed up and synced across your devices when you are logged in.
Can I export my data?
Yes, Flex-Time supports exporting your time logs. You can find the export options in the Settings menu, allowing you to generate reports for billing or personal record-keeping.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app's Account Settings. Alternatively, you can contact us at nynotech@outlook.com for assistance.
